⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth Every Mile From Houston Some restaurants serve great food. Others provide great service. 1618 Asian Fusion somehow mastered both, and that’s something you don’t come across very often. We visited on August 6 from Houston for a late lunch, and this wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience we’ll be talking about for a long time. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance that’s both elegant and relaxing, making you want to slow down and enjoy every moment. Then the food arrived… and we were honestly speechless. Every single dish we ordered was phenomenal. Every bite was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Usually there’s at least one dish that’s just “good,” but here? Every single plate was outstanding. We kept looking at each other saying, “Wow,” after every bite. What made the experience even more unforgettable was the service. We ordered the duck scallion pancake, taste really good and the duck meat is tender. The pho xiao long bao, the soup inside is pho flavor.... very different and very good. Crispy pad thai chicken... interesting concept but it works well and very good. Chicken lemon grass vermicelli, duck broth wonton noodle soup , and the award winning pho are very good too. Our waitress was very friendly and served us well. Definitely will come back, didn't expect a fusion restaurant is this good....😃😍

Dined here while visiting Austin last week. Our dishes were flavorful and good portioned. The pineapple fried rice I got was delicious! My wife loved her dish as well! We were surprised how busy this place was considering it was a Tuesday night! There was a line of people waiting so make sure you make reservations. Highly recommend this place!

If you're looking for one of the best Asian dining experiences in Austin, put 1618 Asian Fusion at the top of your list. I came here on a word-of-mouth recommendation, and I was intrigued before I even sat down. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a beautifully designed waiting area showcasing the restaurant's many awards and accolades. It immediately sets the tone that you're in for something special. We came with one goal: try as many things as possible. Saturdays are perfect for that because they offer dim sum. We started with the Pho Xiao Long Bao (Wagyu beef soup dumplings) and the Korean pancakes. The soup dumplings completely stole the show. Perfectly cooked, delicate wrappers, rich and flavorful broth, and with just a touch of chili oil...absolute perfection. I've had soup dumplings in many places, and these are hands down the best I've ever had. I say that with my whole chest. The Korean pancakes were also outstanding. We eat out a lot, this was truly a magnificent experience. The service is top notch. The pad Thai was incredible. Get the flaming cheesecake!!! The soup dumplings and chili oil were delicious and hot. The spring rolls with the grilled lemongrass pork dipped in that peanut sauce I highly recommend. A must stop if you're in Austin.
